The problem

Sugar refineries running on paper, in districts where the nearest technical support was a day’s drive away.

The system

An ERP built for refinery operations and implemented on site, including in Gadchiroli.

What happened

Implemented across Maharashtra. The implementation that taught me a system nobody on site can operate is not a system.
